Kathryn teaches Level 1 Yoga on Mondays at 9:00 AM. Yoga first became a part of Kathryn’s life as a form of physical therapy for a back injury and chronic pain. In her classes and workshops, Kathryn enjoys holding a space where others can open to their creative capacity and inner strength as they discover how yoga can assist in their own journey of healing. She loves to invite students to kindly challenge their bodies, find grace in transition, and just chill out. Kathryn’s teaching style is inspired by Classical, Yin, Power, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Anusara yoga traditions. Kathryn is also a certified health coach specializing in working with highly sensitive people (HSPs) to stop stress eating + discover a whole new relationship with food and body.
