The Oneness Blessing is a non-denominational experience that transfers physical energy, awakening our connection with the oneness in everything, allowing each of us to deepen our relationship with those we love, with ourselves, with strangers and with our creator.
The Oneness Blessing is also found to help in the healing of the body and in the discharge of repetative emotional patterns, resulting in greater ease and comfort with oneself. In relationships it enables a greater sensitivity and connectedness with the other, freeing you from the limitations of your judgement and conditioning. Success and prosperity begins with consciousness-a capacity to expand your horizon of thinking and an understanding of the universe around you and the principles governing you.

What is the Oneness Blessing?
The Oneness Blessing (also known as Oneness Deeksha) is a non-denominational benediction. A unique and specific blessing. It is the transfer of Divine Energy which, over time is designed to bring about the state of Oneness in the recipient. This energy has been brought to the world through Divine Grace and is being bestowed upon humanity.
What happens during the Oneness Blessing?
The Oneness Blessing initiates a neuro-biological change in the brain that when complete enables the senses to be free from the interference of the mind. When the senses are unclouded by the mind’s interpretations, a natural clarity of perception occurs with accompanying spontaneous feelings of joy, inner calmness and connection to the Oneness in everything.
How is the Oneness Blessing transferred? What might I experience? While the Oneness Blessing may be transferred by intent in a gathering the Oneness Blessing is transferred by the Oneness Facilitator by placing his or her hands onto the crown of your head, usually for about 1 minute. Experiences during the Oneness Blessing vary, sometimes strong, sometimes subtle, sometimes delayed until even days later. The recipient may experience a tingling sensation in the head, or blissful energy flowing through the body, or sometimes nothing at all. Whatever the experience, the recipient can trust that the process of Oneness has begun, a process designed by Divine Grace for your own nature that will lead gradually (or sometimes spontaneously) into your own Awakening.
Who can offer the Oneness Blessing to others?
The Oneness Blessing can be transferred by anyone who has received the transmission and training during a special process at the Oneness University in India or at the new Oneness University campus on Fiji. These people are often referred to as Oneness Facilitators or Oneness Blessing Givers. The Oneness Blessing Giver then works, as an empty vessel, for the energy to transfer to the recipient.
Why has the Oneness Blessing come at this time?
Our planet, and all of humanity, is currently undergoing a major evolutionary transformation. This is impacting our environment, our social structures, and our individual and collective consciousness. The co-founders of the Oneness University, Sri Bhagavan and Sri Amma, are here to help with this transformation.
Can anyone receive the benefits of the Oneness Blessing?
Yes. It is not necessary to attend the Oneness University in order to receive the benefits of the Oneness Blessing. Most adults and children can receive the Oneness Blessing at any time. The exceptions are: People suffering from serious psychological illness.
What about if I wish to become a Oneness Facilitator and give the Oneness Blessing to others?
Then it is necessary to attend a 2 day Oneness Awakening Course.
Does the Oneness Blessing adhere to any particular religion or belief?
The Oneness Blessing does not adhere to any religion, nor any particular belief nor spiritual path. The Oneness Blessing is given each day to people all over the world, people of all races, all religions, all spiritual beliefs or no spiritual beliefs, and to people of all nationalities. It is not necessary to change one’s religion, nor adopt a new guru or spiritual master to receive the Oneness Blessing – nor to offer the Oneness Blessing to others

Restorative Yoga Workshop
with Mimi Strzelewicz, E-RYT
Sunday, March 11, 2012
Time: 1-3:00 pm
Cost: $35.00
Pre-registration required
If you like Svansana (final relaxation at the end of yoga class), then you’ll love this workshop. Most of us lead very busy lives and don’t take enough time to take care of ourselves. Now it’s time for YOU! Restorative Yoga is one of the best things you can do to refresh, rejuvenate and renew your mind, body and spirit.
We’ll be using lots of props, blocks, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, sandbags, walls and more to support our bodies and minds in “active relaxation.” Watch your stress start to melt away as we alternately stimulate and relax the body to move toward balance. Some poses have an overall benefit while others target an individual part, such as the lungs or heart. All create specific physiological responses which are beneficial to health and wellness.
These poses are great to practice anytime you need to restore and find some balance. Many of them can be practiced at home adapting household items for props. They are especially beneficial for the times before, during, and after major life events: death of a loved one, change of job or residence, marriage, divorce, and everyday stress. It is amazing what these poses can do. (Mimi refers to these as “yummy”.)

Awakenings with Selenite and Sound
Awakenings with Selenite & Sound
facilitated by Nicki LeMarbre
Sat. April 14th
Noon – 2:30pm
Cost: $44 per person
…an experience for those who are truly ready to shift
One of the foremost experts on Crystals, Katrina Raphael, writes extensively about Selenite in her books Crystal Trilogy and The Crystalline Transmission. “this crystal is endowed with a special ability to alter the very nature of physical matter… it quickly opens and activates the third eye, crown chakra and the Soul Star chakra above the head”
After offering private Selenite & Sound Healing Sessions and seeing amazing results for almost a year, Nicki LeMarbre is the first person to create a unique and powerful workshop of this kind. Using Selenite Crystal Seats she assists participants in clearing and balancing their energetic bodies and to bringing forth intentions for their lives into physical reality. Selenite is a must have tool for 2012.
“If you are truly ready to manifest change in your life, this event is for you.”
Participants will learn about the uses and benefits of Selenite, new ways of setting intentions for their life and releasing blocks. Nicki also takes each on a guided journey to open, balance and clear their chakras, connect with Mother Earth and commune with their Guardian Angels as they are all seated on two large stones (one under their seat, one under their feet) with smaller pieces in each hand. She incorporates the healing sound of crystal singing bowls into the journey as well. Visit www.ArtbyNicki.com/Selenite.html for more information.

Yin Yoga Workshop
Yin Yoga
with Jennifer Songer, 200 RYT
Saturday, June 23rd
1-3 PM
Cost: $35.00
Often referred to the quiet practice, Yin Yoga addresses the more yin parts of the body. These are the parts of the body that lie closest to our core, specifically the bones and connective tissue above the knees and below the navel. Unlike the muscles, which are the more yang parts of our bodies (the parts that like movement and repetition) the connective tissue needs to be addressed in a yin way with an attitude of quiet acceptance. The postures, which are mostly practice on the floor, are held for longer periods of time (usually 3-5 minutes). Yin Yoga is meant to complement yang practice.
