Blessings are on the last Sunday of the month

The Oneness Blessing is a non-denominational experience that transfers physical energy, awakening our connection with the oneness in everything, allowing each of us to deepen our relationship with those we love, with ourselves, with strangers and with our creator.
The Oneness Blessing is also found to help in the healing of the body and in the discharge of repetative emotional patterns, resulting in greater ease and comfort with oneself. In relationships it enables a greater sensitivity and connectedness with the other, freeing you from the limitations of your judgement and conditioning. Success and prosperity begins with consciousness-a capacity to expand your horizon of thinking and an understanding of the universe around you and the principles governing you.

What is the Oneness Blessing?
The Oneness Blessing (also known as Oneness Deeksha) is a non-denominational benediction. A unique and specific blessing. It is the transfer of Divine Energy which, over time is designed to bring about the state of Oneness in the recipient. This energy has been brought to the world through Divine Grace and is being bestowed upon humanity.
What happens during the Oneness Blessing?
The Oneness Blessing initiates a neuro-biological change in the brain that when complete enables the senses to be free from the interference of the mind. When the senses are unclouded by the mind’s interpretations, a natural clarity of perception occurs with accompanying spontaneous feelings of joy, inner calmness and connection to the Oneness in everything.
How is the Oneness Blessing transferred? What might I experience? While the Oneness Blessing may be transferred by intent in a gathering the Oneness Blessing is transferred by the Oneness Facilitator by placing his or her hands onto the crown of your head, usually for about 1 minute. Experiences during the Oneness Blessing vary, sometimes strong, sometimes subtle, sometimes delayed until even days later. The recipient may experience a tingling sensation in the head, or blissful energy flowing through the body, or sometimes nothing at all. Whatever the experience, the recipient can trust that the process of Oneness has begun, a process designed by Divine Grace for your own nature that will lead gradually (or sometimes spontaneously) into your own Awakening.
Who can offer the Oneness Blessing to others?
The Oneness Blessing can be transferred by anyone who has received the transmission and training during a special process at the Oneness University in India or at the new Oneness University campus on Fiji. These people are often referred to as Oneness Facilitators or Oneness Blessing Givers. The Oneness Blessing Giver then works, as an empty vessel, for the energy to transfer to the recipient.
Why has the Oneness Blessing come at this time?
Our planet, and all of humanity, is currently undergoing a major evolutionary transformation. This is impacting our environment, our social structures, and our individual and collective consciousness. The co-founders of the Oneness University, Sri Bhagavan and Sri Amma, are here to help with this transformation.
Can anyone receive the benefits of the Oneness Blessing?
Yes. It is not necessary to attend the Oneness University in order to receive the benefits of the Oneness Blessing. Most adults and children can receive the Oneness Blessing at any time. The exceptions are: People suffering from serious psychological illness.
What about if I wish to become a Oneness Facilitator and give the Oneness Blessing to others?
Then it is necessary to attend a 2 day Oneness Awakening Course.
Does the Oneness Blessing adhere to any particular religion or belief?
The Oneness Blessing does not adhere to any religion, nor any particular belief nor spiritual path. The Oneness Blessing is given each day to people all over the world, people of all races, all religions, all spiritual beliefs or no spiritual beliefs, and to people of all nationalities. It is not necessary to change one’s religion, nor adopt a new guru or spiritual master to receive the Oneness Blessing – nor to offer the Oneness Blessing to others
Beyond Your Yoga Mat: An Introduction to Yoga Off the Mat
Beyond Your Yoga Mat
An introduction to Yoga off the mat
with Jessica Miller RYT
Saturday, May 5th
1:00 – 3:00pm
Cost $20
After enjoying Savasana, you take in a deep breath and slowly bring your consciousness back to the room. Your instructor asks you to come into a comfortable seated position with hands at heart center. You inhale and chant OM on an exhale. Then you say “Namaste.”
What does namaste mean anyway? What does OM mean? What happens after you roll up your mat and leave the Yoga studio? For many of us, the Yoga practice ends after the exchange of namastes and the mat has been rolled.
So, how do we practice Yoga off the mat? In the western world, we are more accustom to thinking about Yoga as a physical exercise for the body, but did you know that for many paths of Yoga, asana (postures) may make up little or no part of one’s Yoga practice? For example, people who devote their lives to selfless service are practicing Karma Yoga, a labor of love. Eco-Yoga is the practice of healing the Earth. If you remember to pause during the day to take a mindful breath, you are practicing Yoga. These and other Yoga practices put Yoga into action moment to moment everyday…and you don’t need a mat to do it.
What you will learn
• An introduction to Yoga philosophy
• Discuss the the various paths of Yoga
• Discuss the practical ways of being mindful during daily activities, such as eating, walking, brushing your teeth and of course breathing!
• Explain meditation techniques to help you begin a meditation practice
Handouts will be provided on these topics. There will be lecture, discussion, meditation and journaling.
What to bring
• Notebook or journal
• Pen/pencil

Yin Yoga Workshop
Yin Yoga
with Jennifer Songer, 200 RYT
Saturday, June 23rd
1-3 PM
Cost: $35.00
Often referred to the quiet practice, Yin Yoga addresses the more yin parts of the body. These are the parts of the body that lie closest to our core, specifically the bones and connective tissue above the knees and below the navel. Unlike the muscles, which are the more yang parts of our bodies (the parts that like movement and repetition) the connective tissue needs to be addressed in a yin way with an attitude of quiet acceptance. The postures, which are mostly practice on the floor, are held for longer periods of time (usually 3-5 minutes). Yin Yoga is meant to complement yang practice.
