Reiki (”ray-key”)
A Japanese healing technique used to transmit energy through the hands to reduce stress and promote relaxation while allowing the body’s own natural healing process to occur. This service is generally performed with client lying comfortably on a massage table however it may be done in a chair upon request.  Please wear loose comfortable clothing.

A Reiki session begins with a brief discussion of the client’s intent for the session.  While receiving a treatment, many experience deep relaxation and sensations of warmth or cold, although each person will experience the effects of Reiki differently.

Polarity Therapy
Gentle energy treatment which works to align your chakras and bring your physical, mental and spiritual bodies into balance. You remain fully clothed for this session.

Polarity therapy is said to be particularly helpful for migraine, pregnancy and post-natal care, PMS and menopausal problems, stress, allergies, digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, back pain, arthritis and fatigue including chronic fatigue.   Allow 60- 75 min. ($65 )

Hot Stone Massage
Water-treated stones are placed at specific sites on the client’s body to promote relaxation and to help open up the meridians (energy pathways). Muscles are pretreated with the heated stones to allow the therapist to more easily perform deep tissue manipulations. Cool stones are sometimes used alternately with hot stones. Massage oils are usually incorporated into the massage treatment.
