*The above class passes expire 4 months from date of purchase.
No refunds or sharing of class passes. In cases of prolonged illness or injury, extensions may be granted in certain circumstances and if notice is given at the beginning of the absence. Absolutely no extensions are given once a pass is expired.
New Students may start anytime during the session. Just drop in 5-10 min early to your first class. Mats are provided or you may bring your own.
Class Registration Policy
Yoga classes are on a drop in basis and there is no need to preregister. Most workshops require preregistration (see below and also individual workshop descriptions for more info.)
New students can get started anytime by just dropping in to the their first class and should arrive at least 10 min. early if possible to fill out a registration.release form. Mats etc are available for use or you may bring your own.
Payment may be made by cash, check, money order, gift certificate,VISA or Master Card.

Workshop Registration Policy
* To reserve your space in a workshop – payment must be made in full.
* Up to 10 days before a workshop you may receive a full credit in your account. After that, no credits are given unless your spot can be filled and after minimum registration is met. No last minute cancellations

Yoga Therapy and Private Group or Individual Yoga is available at our studio, in your home or at your workplace. Please call or email to inquire about pricing and availability. 508-278-2818
If weather conditions are bad or expected to be bad, we reserve the ability to cancel classes…it is our policy to leave a message with our answering service at least 90 min before classes at 508-278-2818. Always use your own discretion about coming…safety is 1st. For classes with prepaid sessions, a make-up or credit will be issued.
What to Bring/Wear
Students should wear comfortable clothing which allows freedom of movement (leggings, shorts, t-shirts, etc.) and dress in layers during the colder months.
It is best to avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior to class.
Any students with injuries or other health concerns should make the teacher aware of it prior to class.
We have mats, blankets and other yoga props available for use however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Please arrive before the start of class and shut your cell phone off
Come to class clean and free from strong smelling perfumes, odors, or other scents. Since we do a lot of deep breathing in our classes, it is much appreciated!
If the front parking lot is full when you arrive, you are welcome to park in the Progressive Club lot behind our building. Please do not park in front of the mail boxes or directly behind our building as those spots are for the tenants who live upstairs.
