Attention New Students: No pre-registration is required for classes. Just drop in a few minutes early for your first class to get started. We also have yoga mats etc you may borrow or feel free to bring your own. New Students may purchase a 5 class pass for only $50 at their first class which expires in 2 months.

Class Descriptions
Level 1 Yoga teaches beginners and continuing beginners a variety of yoga postures, breathing techniques (pranayama) and introduces some yogic philosophy along with clear instruction and assistance to help you create a foundation for a safe, healthy practice.
Level 2 Yoga is a stronger intermediate class which offers more challenging and strengthening poses along with a refined deeper study of the practice. Previous yoga experience is required for this class.
Mixed Level Yoga offers some pranayama (breathing techniques) along with a variety of poses (asanas) with modifications offered for beginners and options for more advanced students.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a core strengthening, vigorous practice, deeply connecting body and breath through flowing movements and longer held, increasingly more challenging poses
*NEW*Sundown Flow Yoga uses a sequential challenging flow creating heat (tapas) within the body allowing you to safely explore some of the deeper asanas (postures). This slow strengthening flow for flexibility ends with a restorative cool down and deep svanasana to end your day peacefully.
Gentle Yoga with Meditation: This gentle yoga class is great for all levels. It will include a different theme each week and special time for mediation. A perfect addition to add balance and peace into your life!
Kids Yoga (Ages 6-11yrs) A fun-filled hour of yoga poses,games,and self- esteem building! Children naturally love being silly and this yoga class allows them to do so, in a safe nurturing environment. We will explore poses, dance and more to help develop a sense of self. Yoga has so many benefits and to get children started in it at an early age is wonderful.
Belly Dance: Discover your grace and beauty through this timeless dance of the Middle East. Tone and shape your body, release stress and have fun too! Each session will culminate in a new beautiful dance from the movements you will learn.
