Alexis Shaw is an advocate of holistic therapies and wellness, beginning in 1998 with an interest in nutrition coupled with a strong compassion for animals.

Upon meeting a Polarity Practitioner, who incidentally became her teacher, a spark was ignited within to learn and practice energetic bodywork. She then decided to extend her great compassion to all of humanity upon finally realizing her true calling: to facilitate the profound art of Polarity Therapy, empowering people to live life to their fullest potential in mind, body and spirit.

Alexis is a graduate of the 660 hour Registered Polarity Practitioner program at Spa Tech Institute in Westborough, Massachusetts. She plans to continue her education in September 2010 to become a practitioner of RYSE. RYSE® (Realizing Your Sublime Energies) is state of the art energy system clearing & education developed by Nancy Risley, RPP.

In addition to being a Polarity Practitioner, Alexis is an avid jewelry maker and designer of clothing, bags and creator of art in all forms.
